Emergency Addressing & Services

The Windsor Valley Ranch Property Owners Association is providing these resources to help property owners stay informed about emergency address setup and fire response services available in our area. The following documents are provided for convenience and should be submitted directly to the appropriate agencies as noted.

Apache County 9-1-1 Address Application

If your property doesn't yet have a designated 9-1-1 address, you’ll need to complete this application through Apache County. A valid 9-1-1 address helps emergency services locate your property quickly. To qualify, a driveway must be established, and you'll need to submit a map showing the driveway location. Be aware that properties on non-maintained "N" roads may be difficult or impossible for emergency vehicles to access.

Concho Fire District – Emergency Services Subscription

For Windsor Valley Ranch residents located outside the official Concho Fire District boundaries, this subscription agreement offers access to fire and emergency services at a discounted rate. The annual subscription fee is $165 and covers July 1 through June 30. Signing up helps ensure a faster, more reliable response in case of fire, medical, or vehicle-related emergencies. This form should be submitted directly to the Concho Fire District.

9-1-1 Reflective Address Sign Request

The Concho Fire District also offers reflective 9-1-1 address signs to help emergency personnel locate your home—especially important at night or in low-visibility conditions. These signs cost $20, including the T-post and installation. Orders are handled directly through the fire district. Having one of these signs installed on your property can shave precious minutes off emergency response time.
